To see a leopard while on safari is a truly wonderful experience. Sadly, it is one that many never get to experience. These solitary cats are notoriously shy, and while they live across this vast country there are only a few places where you can expect to see them. One such place is the Timbavati Private Nature Reserve. Here, many leopards have been raised by mothers that are familiar with safari vehicles and know that they are harmless. Because of this, you can experience very intimate meetings with these coy beauties here. This is but one of the reasons that I love the Timbavati so much.
